Cheap bastards!

Ahh!! I wish they'd just hire another freaking reporter already! Lisa and I are going totally insane here in the afternoons - we've got the year-enders to work on all the time; a bunch of local plant closures and layoffs to cover, get reaction to, etc; and now the federal budget's coming down on Monday and along with all our regular stuff which is driving us insane, Lisa and I have to call around to the local politicians, social groups, unions and other people to get reactions, take off audio from the national feeds, and of course there's no reporter here to help us out! I like being busy, but this is TOO MUCH!! It's not like they pay us that much anyway - a part timer would help out so much!
