I'm dying...

I swear I am! I can't remember the last time I felt this horrible - it's not so much my cold, although it's still there, but my entire body feels like it's about to fall apart. I've been shaking like a freaking leaf all morning (had trouble reading my 5:30 cast cause I couldn't see properly), my insides feel like they're being twisted and torn up,taking a breath is difficult at best, I'm hot, then I'm cold...I'm a mess! But can I take a sick day? Ohhhh no. I'd have to pass out in the hallway before they take a day off.
