Stinkin stockings

There's been some debate within my family lately over whether or not my sister and I are too old to still get Christmas stockings. (I say hell no!!) Then yesterday, my sister suggested that if our parents still get us some, we should give them stocking stuff as well. I think it's a great idea, but the problem is neither of us can come up with any parent-friendly stocking stuffers! Anyone have any ideas?
(And keep in mind, one of us is very poor)
