My eyes!

I've been going around just about completely blind for the past few hours. After the morning show was over, I came back into the newsroom, my right eye felt kind of itchy - like I had a lash under my contact or something. Went to the washroom to check it out, and pulled out HALF a contact. It took me about five minutes to even find the other half, then getting it out was a bitch. My eye hurts, I can't see, and I'm still not quite sure how the damn thing split in half while still on my eye. Damn daily lenses are flimsy!
