Weekend update

kadenza, who came down on Friday afternoon. We went for a lovely dinner at Casa Bella, then out to see Pirates of the Caribbean. Oooooh Orlando...*swoon* Oh yes, and a quick stop by the station where Heathy recorded a newscast. Let's just say I'm not terribly worried about her stealing my job ;)
Saturday was another fun-filled day, kite flying and picnic eating on the beach at Rondeau Park. We couldn't have asked for a nicer day - sunny, warm (but not hot) and a bit of a breeze. It was great! After a scenic drive through the country, we went back home for naps and supper.
Sunday, Heathy took me out for breakfast, then she went back home to Marshie. I spent the rest of the afternoon cleaning up (we managed to track a fair bit of sand into the house) and reading. Weekends don't get much better than that. :D
