Problem solved (sort of)

Got a letter in the mail today from the Ministere de la Justice Quebec, informing me (I assume) that I still owe them $183 for my speeding ticket. Now if only I could find my French English dictionary to make sure they're not telling me that because of my outstanding fee, they are going to hunt me down and shoot me.
