My cold seems to have taken a turn for the worse over the last few days - when I left work yesterday, I was sure I would either pass out or puke on my way to the car.
Today I'm feeling a lot better. Still stuffed up, and my throat's still a little scratchy, but I feel re-energized, and I think I know why. New boots! I'm hip, I'm happening, and it's all because of my cool new boots :D

Or maybe it's the new cold medication....oh well, either way.

mmm...new boots - they always make everything better :)

try the pc no name chicken noodle soup - it's in a yellow box, and if you get it at no frills, it's only 99 cents for 4 packets and each packet makes about 4L of soup...it's yum-mer-ific!

A hot toddy helps with a chest cold really well

And if you dont have a cold it isnt too bad either

This is the organic version of the recipe. Myself being a wannabe drunk would use the
non-organic sugar ;)

Ingredients
1.5floz gin, rum or whisky
1 organic sugar lump
juice of half organic lemon
2 cloves
small stick of cinnamon

Method
Put all ingredients into a heatproof mug and fill with boiling water.
If preferred serve in a strong tumbler when the drink has cooled a little
(so as not to break the glass).
