My legs are killing me!! There were some sort of little biting insects in Antigua that took a shine to both Shannon and me. Ever since we got back home, the bites have been about ten times as itchy. It's driving me insane! I've already scratched five of them to the point of bleeding. I'm not exactly sure why they're so much worse here, maybe it's the dry air. I've tried calamine lotion, regular skin cream, but to no avail. I might not have legs by this time next week if this keeps up!

I'm getting my picture taken today for next week's paper - a little testimonial for Herbal Magic. I don't see all that much difference between now and my before picture, but we'll see. Not that pictures in the paper ever turn out that well anyway.

I hope you still have legs next week, because they're remarkably handy, but I'd like to state for the record that even if they end up having to amputate, I'll still be your friend. Plus, if you actually scratch your legs off with your bare hands, I will insist on referring to you as, "hardcore," for the rest of your natural life.

How are you doing with that, btw? I've been at a plateau weight-wise for about a month, yet have continued to lose inches. I may do one of their little kick starts next weekends...

Being sick this week didn't help either; when you have no appetite, you body seems to retain a bit...

down over 20 now, but I've been holding steady for a few weeks - course Christmas and Antigua didn't help. I lost a little bit during both, but not enough to make much of a difference.
