newschick | Yay!

I bought a computer desk today, and am now typing away from the comfort of my bedroom. The computer used to be in the dining room sitting on the card table that substitutes for a dining room table. So now the card table is once again the dining room table (who knows, I may some day have someone over who wants to eat at a table like a normal person) and my computer is on a real live (well, not live...) computer desk. It's a cute little desk too. Now I just have to figure out how to work all the cords so that I can use the phone and the computer in the same room. (there's isn't a phone jack in my room, so I've got an extension cord coming in from the living room jack, and my non-technical mind is having a hard time wrapping around what cord should go where, and what extra pieces I may need...don't help me, I'll get it eventually.)

Oh, and I joined a gym today...I start on Monday. Wish me luck!
