This was a bad call from the getgo!

(phone rings at 10:30am)
Caller: Hello....um, can you tell me what the weather's going to be like at 11?
Me: 11 this morning? (thinking 'as in half an hour from now??)
Caller: Yes...I have to take my dog for a walk and I want to know if it's going to rain.
Me: Well, the forecast is calling for a mix of sun and cloud and a very low chance of rain, so I think you're ok.
Caller: Well...what about at noon?
Me: Uh...pretty much the same as it is now ma'am...a mix of sun and cloud.
Caller: So it's not going to rain? Cause you know I have to take the dog for a walk and I don't want her to get wet.
Me: No, I think you're pretty safe. There's just about no chance of rain in the forecast today.
Caller: Ok...so as long as I go out before noon she won't get wet?
Me: No ma'am.
Caller: Oh thank you...you're a sweetheart.
