Sleep? Who needs sleep?
Apr. 8th, 2002 08:14 amI had a plan last night, and I thought it was a pretty good one. I thought ok, start the week off on the right foot with a full night's sleep (since I don't seem to be able to do that during the rest of the week). So I popped a melatonin (wonderful stuff, by the way) and headed off to bed just after 6. My plan - read for a bit until I got sleepy, asleep by 7, up at 2:30, that's seven and a half hours of sleep. Wonderful! Too bad my body doesn't seem to think I need that much sleep. I woke up at midnight and was totally bright eyed and bushy tailed awake. So now it's just after 8 and I'm tired again. Bah!
In other news, I think I'm going to get my hair cut today. It looks kind of shaggy and just not nice these days, and since I'm going back to Seneca next Monday, I want to try and look nice (as fruitless as that often is). Now if I could just managed to pluck out all those grey hairs...
