love is in the air

George and I were doing our seven o'clock tee-up where I give headlines from a few stories coming up in the news, and my last story was about Valentine's Day. Usually I read the last headline and we chat a bit about the story. Today, I finished and George said "Oh yeah, Valentine's day....so did you read the story this morning in the paper about Americans buying Duct Tape? They're running out of stock because they're all getting ready for terrorist attacks and taping their windows and such. And what are we doing? Nothing! Absolutely nothing. I guess we'll just have to wait for the bombs to drop before our government issues any kind of warning....oh well. Anne Murray's coming up."
Nice, George - how bout you just skip the rest of the morning show and go dig yourself a freaking fallout shelter.
