Feb. 17th, 2003 05:17 amBack to the joys of a full work-week. After having two days off last week, five whole days just seems like far too much!
Had a great weekend - the single girls' Anti-Valentines party was a blast - we had pizza and ice cream (far too much of that) and wore tiaras - it was great. Saturday morning, we all got together again and went down to the outlet mall in Windsor and did some serious shopping (70% off sale at the Body Shop - can't beat that!) Yesterday was my housework day - did some dishes, vacuumed, basic tidying. It's now safe for people to drop by again - can't have my friends knowing I'm a slob!
Blah, I hate having to eat this early. Usually, I avoid eating anything until at least 10. The earlier I eat, the hungrier I get as the morning goes on. But now that I'm taking these anti-inflammatory pills every 12 hours, which I have to take on a full stomach, I have to eat. My hand especially seems to hurt most in the morning (go figure, that's when I use it most), so it helps to take the pill early on. Just sucks that less pain means more food. Oh well, c'est la vie.
