There's a mouse in the newsroom. For the moment it's still alive. I don't want to kill the poor thing, but I also don't want him scrambling up my pant legs. Funny though, when I told George about it, he actually squealed.

Could you lay out a humane trap for it?

I asked, big boss said nope, we've only got the head-cutting-off kind :(
I will try to find the little mousey first, muster my courage, and get him out safely.

Is it that they won't let you use humane traps, or just that they don't own one? Perhaps you could pick one up on your own and bring it in? They're reusable, so you could bring it home with you after to have handy.

They don't have any, and really there's no way I could go out and get one before they put out the death traps.

I'm trying!! No sign of him since 5, so he could be anywhere. I just hope he's not up dying in the vents - that would be sad for him and very smelly for us!
