Not off to a good start

Somebody wake me when the nightmare is over! It's only Tuesday and already I'm wishing for the weekend. Barely got any sleep last night, thanks to a lovely combination of insomnia/super hotness (which is the cause and which is effect, I'm not quite sure) and my charming upstairs neighbours decided that midnight was a good time to start doing laundry (the laundry room is right beside my bedroom and the walls are very thin)
This morning, got up to have my shower and it seems there's no middle ground between hot and cold anymore. So I spent as little time in there as possible, constantly switching back and forth between the hot and cold settings, hoping to somehow mix it on my own. Not fun, not refreshing.
Was running a little late so I decided to just pick up a coffee at Tims instead of making it at home, but when I got to work there were two, not one but two dead flying ants floating in it. Lovely.

Did they get in there at Tim's?? They must have since the lid was on, right? Those bastards.

yes, I am still grossed out by the ants. I went to the drive thru and they were all over the window. I assume they're all over the inside too since the window doesn't quite close and it's always being opened, so it was probably already in the cup before she poured my coffee.
The wasps are just fine. When I last looked in on them (yesterday afternoon), three of them were working away.
