Another weekend, another trip to Toronto. This was another mostly spur of the moment thing. Went over to Matt's yesterday to put my new Ikea dresser together (it's so super fantastic I could hardly contain my excitement upon its completion) and noticed Kevin still has a lot of crap there. Apparently he's planning on taking it all with him tomorrow in his car, but I don't know how he's going to manage it. He's got a double futon mattress, his tv, a bunch of clothes, and a six foot high shelf thing. Oh well, Matt assures me the place will be totally empty by Monday, albeit a little dusty. After I got home, I packed some more, slept rather badly last night (woke up at midnight and couldn't get back to sleep until around 2) then woke up for good at 6:41, packed some more, washed all the dishes (quite a chore), took a shower and other morning type rituals. Looking around my apartment, I realized I'm avoiding packing some things because I know either Seamus likes to climb on them (boxes in my closet), or he would tear them apart (anything plastic or cardboard). Party or no party, I decided he had to go away. So he'll be spending the week at my parents' place, and I'll be heading back to Chatham tomorrow morning solo to finish up the packing spree. Yay me. Poor Seamus.
